Using Northern Arizona Referral Network is always free. We list local businesses by town and category, in English and Spanish, and connect you straight to them. You book with the business directly. We are never a booking agent and never handle your payment.
Listing is free, and it stays free. The directory is comprehensive, not a paid roster. If you want more, two flat monthly options are available: ✓ Verified ($29/month), where we check your licence, insurance and contact details and you get a badge for your own site; and ★ Partner ($79/month), which adds priority placement in your category, clearly labelled as advertising. Both are flat monthly. We never take a commission on your bookings, and there is nothing for you to report or reconcile.
Your fee never depends on these numbers. It is flat. We track referrals so you can see whether the listing is earning its keep:
Partner listings link out through the directory's own referral link and promo code, so the visits and bookings we send can be recognized and credited.
A partner may choose to offer a code as a discount to our visitors. It is entirely optional, it is set by the business, and it has no bearing on what you pay us.
For high-value bookings, customers can inquire through us, giving a timestamped record of the referral.
Partners get a monthly summary of the enquiries the directory sent their way. It is information for you, not an invoice. Your fee is the same either way.
The ✓ Verified badge is a human check, not a scrape. Before a listing carries it, we confirm the specific items recorded on the badge: that the business is a legitimate, operating business; that its licence and insurance are current where the trade requires them; and that the phone, address and website a customer would use are correct. Some listings also record local ownership.
Every badge shows the date it was checked. It is a point-in-time verification — never a rating, never a paid endorsement, and never something a business can simply buy. A listing without the badge is not a warning sign; most listings are free, and the free directory stays comprehensive.
