1. What we do

We operate a referral directory that connects visitors and residents with local businesses in and around Northern Arizona. We are not the provider of the goods or services listed. Bookings, purchases, and services are provided directly by the listed businesses.

2. Referral fee disclosure

We do not currently earn a referral fee or commission from any business listed on this site. Listings are free and are not paid placements. If and when we begin earning a fee from a listed business, we will label that listing and say so here. Any such fee will never increase the price you pay. We disclose this because we believe you should know how we’re paid.

3. No warranty on listed businesses

We curate listings in good faith but do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, or safety of any listed business’s goods or services. Your dealings with a business are solely between you and that business.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Arizona Referral Network is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with listed businesses.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
