Your referral terms
Referral Partner Agreement

By joining, you agree to the key terms below. The full Referral Partner Agreement governs your participation.

  1. Referral fee. You will pay Northern Arizona Referral Network the referral fee stated above on each qualifying, completed and paid booking generated through the Network (excluding cancellations, refunds, and no-shows).
  2. Attribution. A booking qualifies if the customer used your promo code, arrived through a Network tracking link or lead form, or identifies the Network as the source.
  3. Honoring codes. You will apply and record your promo code and train your staff to do so.
  4. Reporting & payment. You will report qualifying bookings monthly and pay earned fees within 15 days of month-end. Network click and lead logs serve as a cross-check.
  5. Term. This is a month-to-month arrangement; either party may end it with written notice. Fees already earned remain due.
  6. Independence & liability. The Network provides referrals only and is not responsible for the services you deliver. Each party is an independent business.

How referrals are tracked

Each customer we send gets your unique promo code and clicks through a tracking link we log. For higher-value bookings we can also pass you a lead form entry — so attribution is never in doubt.
